Personal Training is about learning to understand the body’s health and fitness requirements and to help you achieve these goals. We will help guide you to understand and manage your own health and well-being. It is not only an exercise program but a period of motivation, self-awareness and education.
No matter what your level of fitness, all that matters is that you achieve the goals you set out to do. Working at your own pace, we will help you to succeed.
Personal Training at Symmetry Fitness
Personal training sessions are incorporated into your exercise program. We recommend one to two training sessions per week, between 45 to 60 minute in in duration, in conjunction with your own exercise sessions. The sessions can be conducted within a studio environment (at our Castlecrag studio on Sydney’s lower north shore), outdoors, or a mixture of both. And of course, this depends on your individual program needs. We can set you “homework” tasks to complete in your own time, or you can choose to attend more personal training sessions at your discretion.

We can also provide nutritional advice and put you in touch with other health professionals such as physiotherapy and chiropractic. Not only that, we work with them directly to get the best possible outcomes for you.
Personal training sessions are conducted by our experienced trainers and are booked at a time and a place that is convenient to you.
How our Trainers can help
A Personal Trainer is someone who is qualified and experienced in many different facets of health and fitness. They will assess your current level of fitness and devise an exercise program based on your individual health and fitness goals. They will take you through your program and ensure that you stay on track and you’ll learn how to train efficiently and effectively. Our experienced trainers will teach you the correct exercise techniques and training methods and add plenty of variety to your workouts to keep them interesting and fun.
For many people, motivation to exercise begins high in the early weeks of starting a new training regime but can diminish very quickly. Your Personal Trainer will ensure you keep enjoying your sessions by making them fun and challenging.
